Friendly staff made check-in easy.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Upon arrival, a musty smell hit us immediately, unbearable. Despite reporting it to management, nothing was done, and the odor lingered throughout our stay. I can't believe I chose this hotel based on misleading reviews. We should have gone elsewhere instead.

Marvellous and best possible location, we really enjoyed staying here.
The room was immaculately clean with kids to enjoy as well, proper amenities including gym and a requested king bed. Location: the hotel was very close to the beach in a resort for cheaper, and the interstate, restaurants and shopping centers. You can find Mcdonald's 4-6 minutes walking distance from the property to a have lunch: )

Had a generally nice experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean. Breakfast offered good variety each day, but our room had a musty smell at first. Management was accommodating across the board, though I'd suggest a deep-cleaning for better air quality.

The lobby was elegantly decorated and spacious. The staff's attentiveness was amazing, creating a warm atmosphere throughout my stay.

My room included climate control, an electronic key card and an iron. Soft beds, the staff were amazing. The location was great and absolutely perfect, plus the breakfast was satisfactory.
